2005-2006 Season Club Rules

With present land membership will be ______ members for 2243 acres.

Due to the fact that our land is privately owned and planted in pines,
it is VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO DAMAGE ANY PINES. Any member caught doing
so will be responsible for any fines that come from the land owner and possibly loss of membership.

No illegal drugs on property at anytime.

No hunting or handling firearms after drinking alcohol.

All dues are to be paid in full by March 15th. If not, your membership will be for sale.

There will be a $100.00 deposit for any returning members by the end of deer season.
If not, that spot will be for sale, but your membership does not run out until March 15th.
We cannot go by word of mouth. New members can claim spots after deer season of each year.

Everyone must recognize a SAFETY ZONE. Each area is different terrain.

All state, local, and club rules apply and will be enforced.


All harvests will be recorded in record book.

Cameras will be in club house for club pictures.

4 points on one side and a minimum of 14 inch spread or 18 inch main beam (no small young racks will
be allowed or button bucks ~ $200.00 fine.

4 doe limit per member AND guest.

Cull bucks are LEGAL to harvest & 6 point with 16 inch inside spread is legal.

Gates are to be closed at all times (close when you go in and when you leave).
Any member not doing so will have to pay $25.00 fine before any more hunting will take place,
(camp gates are excluded).

All members must keep stand areas clean of trash.

All members that camp must keep camp clean and pay power bill.

Two work days per year in which all members are given ample notice.
When club is full on memberships, you will be notified of meetings.

Fall food plots will be the last 2 weekends of August and the first 2 weekends

of September, whichever and all mother nature provides.

Members wives, girlfriends, sons, daughters, and honorary license holders hunt on their
membership. (children 18 and younger in school)

During turkey, bow, black powder seasons, the club is open from 3-15 until 3-15.
Do not hunt in someone's private stand or area without their permission.

Sign in on club stands during any big game hunt (Deer or Turkey).


Visitors:

Big game is $50.00 a day with a $200.00 trophy fee, excluding doe.

Small game season pass $150.00.

No shooting dogs at any time!!!

All visitors must sign a release form before hunting takes place.

All visitor fees are due before hunting takes place.

Anyone trespassing on the club without permission will be prosecuted.

Any member can ask for a permit. MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR VISITORS!
Take out one private party per visitor.

All private stands are to be claimed and marked by March 15th of each year.

When on property, sign in on washer board.

If you are hunting in a club stand, you must mark in or out on the club stand board
on a daily basis. If two hunters want to hunt the same stand at the same time of arrival to the board,
flip a coin to see which hunter gets the stand.

All membership dues and power bills are due by March 15th.

Please keep membership cards on your person. This is your permit.

Campers must pay their power bill. Campers with electric heat and air pay $100.00 per year per person.
Without electric heat and air it is $50.00 per year per person.
All other camping overnight is $5.00 per night and this includes visitors.

Deer cooler fees are $5.00 per night.

Any problems that may arise bring it to Matt Dean or Mark New.

AGAIN, NO PINE TREE DAMAGE!


All members and visitors please respect others. No bad language while women
and children are present. Have respect!
